Estimates and quotes

Prices shown on the website and estimates generated by the quote request form are indicative only. They are not an offer or a binding contract. A final price is set only in a written quote or contract from us after a site assessment, and may change with site conditions, material availability and supplier pricing.

Installations and contracts

Any installation, supply, payment, warranty or service work is governed by the separate written quote, service contract or final contract you sign with us. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents apply.

Staff accounts and Google sign-in

Accounts on this system are created by us for authorised staff only; there is no public sign-up. You may sign in with your email and password or, where enabled, with a Google account whose verified email matches your existing account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and Google account secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts at any time.

Signing in with Google is also subject to Google's own terms. How we handle the information Google provides is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false or automated requests, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content

Text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors. Blog articles are general information, not professional engineering or financial advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
