Going solar is a bigger project than buying an appliance, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Here's what to expect, from your first question to switching the system on.
1. Get an estimate
Start on our Ask for a Quote page: choose your property type and a package, and you'll see an estimated price range right away. Leave your details and our team will follow up.
2. Site survey
Before anything is finalized, we look at:
- Your roof — its type, condition, direction and available space
- Shading from trees and nearby buildings
- Your electric bill and how your household uses power
- Where the inverter, battery and panel board will go
This is how we make sure the system fits your home, not the other way around.
3. Your detailed quote
Based on the survey, we prepare a detailed quote with the exact equipment, quantities and price. You fund the materials directly, and we handle everything else — pickup, delivery to your site and installation.
4. Materials and scheduling
Once you approve the quote and the materials are purchased, we pick up the panels, inverter, battery and mounting hardware and schedule installation day.
5. Installation
Our crew:
- Mounts the railings and panels on your roof
- Installs the inverter, battery and panel board
- Runs and secures the wiring in proper molding
- Installs protection: DC and AC breakers, surge protection devices and isolator switches
Most residential installations take just a few days, depending on system size and roof type.
6. Testing and handover
We test the system, switch it on, and walk you through how it works — including what your inverter display means and what to do during a brownout.
7. After-sales support
Our job doesn't end at switch-on. We provide check-ups, maintenance and warranty support, so your system keeps performing for years.
